YOU // Detox & Reset #4



After everything that has been done to reset for the new year, the very last step is you.

You can write down your hopes and wishes, prepare everything, get rid of distractions and other things that no longer serve any purpose to you, come up with a routine that'll fulfill your desires, but none of it will work if you don't put it into motion. You have to be the one to hold yourself accountable.

You have to believe in yourself, that you are deserving and capable of such achievements. You must forgive yourself for failing once before and see that because of it, you can prevent and prepare for bumps in the road, expected or not. You must give yourself days when you don't want to do anything, and push past the days when you don't see any progress; you won't see progress if you stop.

The only way you will achieve your goals or come close to achieving them to avoid repeating them on next years list, is to not allow yourself to give up, don't give yourself the option to let go; if you do, you're deciding that you can fail.

Remember your why.

This is your chance to learn more about yourself, who you are, your limits, explore, discover, become—anything. Don't let it  slip away.
